User Conduct
You agree not to do the following:
Use the Software for illegal purposes.
Generate images that are offensive, harmful, or infringe the rights of others.
Attempt to reverse engineer or crack the Software.
Share your account with others.
Subscription and Payment
Subscription costs $9.99 per week/$60 per month/$45 per year.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the fees paid for the period are non-refundable.
All payments are processed through the App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
In-App Purchases
You can purchase Image Generation Credits for US dollars.
Credits expire after 30 days and are non-refundable.
In-App Purchase Refunds are processed according to the App Store's policies, please contact App Store Support.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to use the images generated by the Software.
By using the Software, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the images for purposes of improving the AI and promoting the Software, provided that we do not use any personal data associated with the images.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the generated images do not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of the generated images.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at atfitride079@gmail.com. Upon termination, your subscription will be canceled and your account data will be deleted, unless certain data is required to be retained by law.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be settled by binding arbitration in [Location] in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association].
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
Updates to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the Website or within the Software. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
